Our story

Cedarburg Health Services has been caring for Ozaukee County residents since 1995. Our facility is adjacent to beautiful Zeunert Park and just a few blocks away from historic downtown Cedarburg. We offer specialized care through our renowned Brain Injury Center and long-term skilled nursing services. Our goal is to create a homelike environment where residents receive personalized, compassionate attention. Our dedicated and tight-knit team makes sure that every resident feels like part of our family.
