Our story

Twin Ports Health Services has been serving Superior and the surrounding area since 1973. We are proud to support our community and be active members of the Superior Chamber of Commerce and the Alzheimer’s Association. Our staff is dedicated to the health of the many veterans in our facility and the residents in our secure Memory Care Unit. At Twin Ports, we treat residents with respect and compassion, which makes us The Right Choice for care in the Superior area.
