Our story

River’s Bend Health Services is a skilled nursing facility tucked away near the Manitowoc River. Our vision and people-first culture has not changed since we opened in 1997. Our approach to reaching ideal outcomes for our residents may be modified based on a range of factors, but our core methodology has remained the same. Our goal is to develop trusting relationships between residents and our caregivers, and to help our patients reach their highest level of independence.
